Bereavement Ministry

hands1Bereavement Ministry is a supportive, caring and compassionate service for those who are grieving the loss of a loved one. Grieving is a journey and a process. This support can be offered one-on-one or in a group setting. For some it is more comfortable to process one-on-one than in a group. Honoring what is comfortable for you is important. A safe environment is offered where openness, trust, respect and confidentiality are sacred. Support is offered for those who are retired and have lost a spouse, those who are working-age and have lost a spouse, those who have lost a parent, a child or sibling. Groups are offered in September and January, usually two different groups per season. Individual support can be offered at any time. For more information, please call {obsfucate} Sister Donna Daniels, SND at 727.212.5565 .{/obsfucate}

Our Daily Bread

bibleOur Daily Bread is a small Catholic Christian community for those looking for peace in their lives. We bring our challenges to God through prayer and reflection, deepening our understanding and practice of the Catholic faith. Those who have challenges of dealing with loss, being a caregiver or wondering how our faith helps us get through tough times will find this group meets their needs. We pray and reflect on scriptures for the upcoming Sunday, discuss them and connect the teachings to our daily lives and the issues that face us.
