St. Cecelia’s Inter-Parish Singles Group

St. Cecelia’s Inter-Parish Singles Group (SCIPS) is a long-time singles group in the diocese. Members are primarily in their 50’s and older. The group is concerned with fellowship and fun, with some social/service projects accomplished each year. ESCS Golf Tournament

The Gift Shop

The Gift Shop is conveniently located within the main entrance of Espiritu Santo Catholic Church. We are dedicated to offering our parishioners and visitor's a fine line of faith based religious items for all needs and occasions year around. We offer a large assortment of statues and medals of the Saint's, crucifixes, rosaries, gifts for 'baby' and baptisms, automobile visor medals, jewelry, as well as Bibles and the St. Joseph Christian Prayer and it's guide. When you need a special gift for 1st Communion, Confirmation, Christmas or Easter, we will have it also.

Weekdays (September through May)		Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday after the 8:30 am Mass

The Gift Shop is closed during Mass. The Gift Shop is closed Holy Thursday through Easter Tuesday, New Year's Eve/Day, and Christmas Eve/Day.

Volunteer Position		Sales Clerk and Planning Team Member
Required of the Volunteer		Volunteers are offered a choice of volunteer experience. Working in the Gift Shop as a clerk is only one choice, you may also be interested in working with the planning and decorating team which works to prepare the Gift Shop for the many Liturgical Celebrations and events that occur during the year.
Experience Necessary		No experience required.
Training Required		As a clerk, there is a training program that gets you fully prepared to assist our community. As a member of the planning team, you only need to bring a smile and be ready to help as needed.

Couple’s Bridge

The Bridge Group meets once a month from September to June rotating at participants’ homes. New members are welcome when space allows. For more information contact Ann and Jerry Nalwaijko at 727.735.2067.

Girl’s Challenge Club

Challenge is a nationwide network of clubs for girls, ages 10-16, that helps girls with common interests to form a friendship with Christ. Challenge enables girls to find their talents and give their best to others so that the Catholic faith will prevail in the hearts of each person in every society.

Challenge trains the girls to be leaders, to grow their faith and to serve as role models to their peers. In Challenge, we form the girls to grow and serve their faith through talks, activities and apostolic projects. These activities help the grow spiritually personally and in their friendship with Christ. Frequent visits are made by the Consecrated Women of Regnum Christi, who support the girls in their spiritual lives. Challenge meetings are held on Wednesdays, 3:30 pm - 5:00 pm in the St. John Bosco Center. The duties will include everyone being an active participant in the talks, reflections and projects. The Espiritu Santo Catholic School Auction is an annual fund raising event usually held in the spring, sponsored by the Home and School Association. Refer to the School website for details.

The Parish Life Committee

The Parish Life Committee builds community and cultivates fellowship. Parish Life sponsors the December Christmas Cappucino, the Seder Supper, the Parish Picnic, and several other events.
